Evergreen Apprenticeship Program

Evergreen Apprenticeship is the preparatory training program of Evergreen Dance Company. We select apprentices that we feel would be a fit for our team but are in need of further training and mentoring.

Our apprenticeship program consists of the following three components:

• Weekly one hour technique classes with Evergreen Company Members. Content will vary and include contemporary training, as well as strength and conditioning, partnering, and other various types of dance training.

• Two weekly 90 minute rehearsals with the Evergreen Dance Company, learning the new Season V production. Apprentices will be included in dances within the production. Stage time will consist of approximately 50% of the new show. 

• Performance in the February Annual Production. This includes participating in all the technical and dress rehearsals leading up to the performances. 

Apprenticeship Season & Fees

Summer Session:

• Dates are June 12th through August 1st

• Fee is $200 for the entire summer session

Fall/Winter Session:

• Dates are September 1st through February performances

• Fee is $125 per month for the six months, September through February

Apprenticeships Fees Include:

• All technique classes

• All choreography rehearsals 

• All performances, including costumes

*Note that performances are ticketed events, and your guests will have to purchase a ticket to see the performance.
